Auto Partner has extended its lease contract and took additional space, totaling 3,800 sqm of warehouse and 490 sqm of staff amenities and office facilities, at MLP Pruszkow II. The deal takes the distributor’s total space at the logistics park to 13,000 sqm. Once finished, the facility will be handed over in April 2021. Auto Partner has been working with MLP Group since 2016. The space will be tailored specifically to the client’s needs. MLP Pruszkow II is a logistics center located in the municipality of Brwinow near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszkow. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm (of which nearly 200,000 sqm has already been completed), it will be the region’s largest logistics complex. MLP Pruszkow II has well-developed transport links with central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.
