Autoliv România, a subsidiary of the Swedish manufacturer of automotive safety systems, signed a lease on approximately 5,100 sqm in the United Business Center 2 (UBC 2). The class A office building is part of the Openville Timişoara mixed-use scheme.
Autoliv is planning to open a new engineering center at the location this fall.
UBC 2 offers 18,000 sqm on 11 floors. This is the first of the seven office buildings currently being developed by Iulius Group.
