West Palm Beach-based Automotive Management Services, which owns Infiniti of Fort Myers, has acquired a Riviera Beach warehouse for $14 million. The property sits on a 3.9-acre site at 3661 W. Blue Heron Blvd. east of the Interstate 95 interchange. The 44,112 square-foot warehouse traded for just over $317 per square foot. Built in 1981 the building last sold for $1.7 million in 2010.
