Autumn Senior Living has broken ground on three new assisted living facilities in Sarasota, Brandon and in the Westchase neighborhood of Tampa. The projects, worth a combined $100 million in capital investments, will deliver nearly 400 senior residences to the area. The developments will be branded under what Autumn Senior Living calls I-Lite Assisted Living and Memory Care communities. The three communities are slated for completion by early 2018. “Residents live the independent life they love with the desired services brought to them in the community,” Autumn CEO Jim Soper says in the statement.
