Having launched on the London stock exchange on Thursday, the anti-virus software company Avast will be listed on the Prague bourse as of Monday. The Czech-based company’s offering was the biggest ever tech listing on the London Stock Exchange, but it decided to offer the shares at the bottom of its guidance at 250 pence per share. The price fell to 237 pence during trading. Avast made a profit of $25m in 2016 but turned in a loss of $34m in 2017.
