Miami-based Integra Investments has broken ground on Aventura Park Square, mixed use development in central Miami near the Aventura Mall and Ives Dairy Roald. The new scheme will encompass a 131-unit luxury residential condo tower; a flagship Aloft hotel; 55,000 square feet of retail space complete with upscale boutiques; a 100,000 sqf Class A office building with outdoor event space; and a 45,000 sqf wellness medical center with specialty healthcare tenants. Integra has picked Suffolk Construction as its general contractor for the project, which is slated for completion in 2017.
