Avery Dennison Polska, the producer and distributor of labels and self-adhesive materials, has leased 13,300 sqm of warehouse space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park near Warsaw. The new BTS facility will offer a total area of 36,000 sqm and will be used for production and warehousing purposes. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2018. Cushman & Wakefield advised during the lease process. MLP Pruszków II will comprise around 260,000 sqm of space when fully developed.
