22 January 2013

Two new apartment buildings are under construction in Modřanský Háj, the residential complex Avestus has been developing in Prague 4. Forty-eight new flats will be added to the location, ranging from one to four rooms. The new portion is scheduled for completion in the first half of this year and the developer says that 35 percent of the units have been sold at prices starting at CZK 54,000/sqm. All 49 of the units in the project’s first phase have been sold out.
Architects from the A69 studio designed the complex as a low-rise with a maximum of three storeys. “We are delighted to announce the construction of another two buildings at Modřanský Háj, which is our key residential project,” said Roger Dunlop, CEO Avestus Real Estate. “Interest in the project and its unique location in Prague 4 is increasing and we are glad to expand our offer further. The first residents of the two new buildings will be able to move in as early as the end of the first quarter of this year.”
