The second phase of Modransky Haj has been completed as its developer Avestus Real Estate finished up work on 36 flats located in four apartment buildings, 5 duplexes and three villas. All of the units have been sold and the new owners are expected to move in by the end of the year. The project’s second phase has been underway since 2018 and now offers 147 units with sizes ranging from studio apartments up to a 282 sqm villa. “Securing the occupancy permit for the second phase of Modransky Haj is a significant milestone,” said David Kriz of Avestus Real Estate. “The interest in it has been enormous and we sold a large percentage of the units before construction got underway and by the end when we were getting the occupancy permit there were no flats or villas left.” There are still 46 family homes to be built in the project’s final phase before Modransky Haj, located along the Vltava river’s eastern bank, is completed.
