Prague 6’s construction office has issued planning permit for the residential project Šárecké údolí, which is being developed by Avestus Real Estate. The project is located at the crossing of Horoměřická and v Šáreckém údolí Streets in one of the most popular Prague’s residential neighborhoods. It calls for the redevelopment of an area currently occupied by warehouses. The design by the Prague Loxia studio architects allows for the construction of one apartment building and 22 family houses on the plot.
