Avestus Real Estate started work on the third phase of its Enterprise Park office complex in Kraków. Eiffage Polska Budownictwo, which built the first two phases, will oversee construction for the third phase.
Enterprise Park offers 35,000 sqm. The scheme was designed by DDJM Biuro Architektoniczne. Like the previous phases, the project’s third phase will undergo the BREEAM environmental certification process.
