Avestus Real Estate won the tender for managing Népliget Center, a 26,000 sqm office building in Budapest owned by GLL Real Estate Partners. Népiliget Center was developed by Skanska. Since 2010, Avestus has managed Bank Center on behalf of GLL, also located in downtown Budapest. István Rézsó, property manager at Avestus, says his company’s successful management of Bank Center is what help it win the tender for Népiliget Center.
