AviaRent Capital Management has acquired a senior apartment property in Buchholz. Haus St. Georg, located at Am Radeland 2, was acquired for the CareVision III fund. The purchase price was €8.3m. The three-story building, completed in 2000, has a total leasable area of approximately 3,500 sqm as well as an adjoining 2,300 sqm plot. The retirement facility offers 70 fully equipped care facilities, including 48 single rooms and 11 double rooms.
