Penta Investments’ Aviatica Administrative Building is in the final of the CIJ Euro Awards 2016. The redevelopment office project has a total rentable area of 26,800 sqm and is located in Jinonice, Prague 5. The building was designed by Jakub Cigler’s architectural office and has many attractive characteristics including 461 underground parking spaces, green rooftop terraces, and a large piazza. Since its unveiling in September 2015, the project has been 100 percent preleased and was pre-certified for the LEED Gold (CS) level.
The Aviatica Administrative Building is in the running for the prize Best of the Best Office Development of the Year and the winner of the category will be announced at the first CIJ Euro Awards, which will be held in Prague’s Slovanský Dům on the 22nd Sept. As a treat the winner of the category will be placed onto the newly created Hall of Fame for others to aspire to in the future. We wish Penta Investments the very best of luck!
