Gran Via Real Estate is nearing completion on its latest residential project in Bucharest. Going up on Soldat Gheorghe Buciumat street, Aviation Apartments includes 291 studio, two- and three-room units in four six-floor buildings surrounding a 1,000 sqm interior courtyard with green spaces, playgrounds and relaxation areas. The Spanish developer invested €17m in construction costs.
