Having opened its first office in Jacksonville, Canada-based Avision Young has been awarded its first big assignment. The broker will be leasing out Croker Partners’s Flagler Business Center in the fast-growing Butler/Baymeadows submarket. The complex totals approximately 1.3 million square-feet of office and industrial space situated by 12 buildings, a mile from the Interstate 95/I-295 interchange. The property breaks down to 601,000 square feet of Class A office space, 399,618 square feet of professional office space and 357,642 square feet of industrial. Notable tenants include web.com, Ally Financial and Kemper Insurance.
“This new assignment allows us to enter a desirable market and create a foundation for long-term presence and success,ā Florida Managing Director Pike Rowley said. Avision Young leases real estate in seven markets in the state with about 150 employees. He also stated that company had planned to expand its operations into Jacksonville since it moved into Florida in late 2012.
