Avison Young has hired Christopher Grundy as a Senior Associate in the firms Fairfield/Westchester office. In his new role, Grundy will specialize in landlord and tenant representation within the office sector. He will also serve as a member of the company’s Enterprise Solutions Affinity Group, focusing on servicing corporate occupier clients in the U.S. and Europe on occupancy strategies, including transaction and project management, lease administration and other ancillary service lines. Prior to joining Avison Young, Grundy worked for Pyramid Real Estate Group in Stamford, CT. Before his career in commercial real estate, Grundy was a professional helicopter pilot and instructor and speaks four languages: English, Russian, French, and German. Grundy holds degrees in Engineering Sciences (Mechanical) and German Studies from Yale University, as well as a Doctorate in Music completed at Jacobs School of Music in Bloomington, IN.
