The British insurance giant Aviva will relocate from Platinium Business Park IV to Gdański Business Center II, underway by HB Reavis in Warsaw’s Muranów district. Aviva will move in next year, taking 12,500 sqm of space in Building C and another 400 sqm in the project’s first phase for its customer service operations. Aviva joins KPMG, Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych, SNC Lavalin, Provident, WebInterpret, Agito and Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas.
Gdański Business Center will offer more than 90,000 sqm of space in four buildings. The final stage of the complex, Building C and D, are set to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.
