New York-based AVR Realty Company has bought the Altis Sheridan Village apartment complex for $78 million ($260,000 per unit) from the developer Altman Companies. Located at 16700 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, the complex has 300 1-3 three bedroom apartments and was completed in the fourth quarter of 2014. The Altman Company has 1,229 apartment units under construction in Florida with another 1,292 units planned for future construction.
