AWAX DIA and Artechmet will build warehouses at Synergy Park, located near the Gliwice-Sośnica motorway, according to gazeta.pl. There are currently four companies operating at the park. More than PLN 65m has reportedly been invested in the complex, which is owned by KPE Metropolis. Mike Musil, CEO of KPE Metropolis, said the company plans to deliver two new warehouses by the end of the year. He adds that at least four new tenants are expected to move into the complex in the near-term.
AWAX DIA produces diamond tools, while Artechmet makes welded structures for construction equipment and mobile cranes.
