The WSE-listed builder Awbud won a PLN 28.42m order from AIG/Lincoln to build its Diamond Business Park Ursus project in Warsaw. According to Polish media reports, the Polish builder is likely to secure a second contract as well from AIG/Lincoln for the next phase of the project, which would bring in another PLN 8.94m. The work is set to be completed by the end of October.
The new distribution and office center is set to go up on a 9ha plot site, in Warsaw’s Ursus district. The project will made up of two buildings with 50,000 sqm of lettable space.
