AXA expands space at Warsaw Trade Tower

AXA expanded its space at Warsaw Trade Tower by another 3,757 sqm of office. The insurance company now leases a total of 15,560 sqm of office in the building. Colliers International represented WTT’s owner, the Akron Investment Central Eastern Europe II fund and its asset manager, Heitman. AXA was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Warsaw Trade Tower was constructed in the late 1990s and went through a modernization in 2015. The property is BREEAM certified. Tenants include American Express Poland, BP Europe, Castrol, MSD, Grupa Azoty and Qatar Airways.
