AXA Investment Managers – Real Assets has acquired a mixed-use development in Wiesbaden. The developer of this core asset is FGI Frankfurter Gewerbeimmobilien. Located at Wilhelmstraße, the mixed-used scheme offers 2,794 sqm of residential space, 1,523 sqm of retail on the ground floor and a retail office on the first floor. A total of 64 underground parking places have also been built. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2018.
