AXA IM has completed €756m in real estate transactions over the past nine months on behalf of its clients. These acquisitions include a 35-percent stake in the Ruhr Park shopping center, as part of a joint venture with Unibail-Rodamco, on behalf of Axa Selectiv’ Immo, a French regulated fund and an AXA insurance company. Another acquisition is the Twenty 8 office building in Munich, offering 4,864 sqm of leasable space, from Deka Immobilien. It also acquired the Elisenhof office complex, a mixed-use, multi-tenant property in the center of Munich, acquired from Tishman Speyer on behalf of AXA insurance companies.
