AXA Investment Managers-Real Assets has completed the sale of the Pullman Skipper Hotel in Barcelona to a Luxembourg fund. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Located in the Olympic Harbor, the five-star hotel features 241 bedrooms and suites, various food and beverage outlets as well as 1,000 sqm of conference and meeting facilities. AXA IM-Real Assets bought the hotel in 2009, on behalf of one of its managed funds.
