The French investor Unibail-Rodamco is reportedly in talks to offload two office buildings connected to Złote Tarasy in Warsaw. Axa Real Estate has reportedly already secured exclusive rights to take over the Skylight and Lumen office buildings, according to Polish news reports. The German company is the asset manager for both buildings. Cushman & Wakefield and JLL are advising Unibail-Rodamco. Skylight and Lumen offer about 45,000 sqm of office space.
