AXA Real Estate has acquired Park Kolonnaden in Berlin on behalf of two institutional investors for €50m. The mixed-use building, located at Potsdamer Platz, was sold by a HVB Immobilien subsidiary. The scheme offers 15,748 of office space and 1,669 sqm of retail over 8 floors. Park Kolonnaden is currently 95 percent leased. The largest tenant is a German government institution which occupies 60 percent of the building.
