AXI IMMO brokers a plot purchase for Omnigena company

27 April 2012

Axi Immo announced a new lease it has secured for the purchase of the land site located in the Polish city of Święcice, near Ożarów Mazowiecki. The 3.5ha plot was acquired by Omnigena, a supplier of water pumps and agricultural components. It plans to develop a 4,000 sqm warehouse facility on the site, including office space. It’s the second investment by Omnigena in the region, following a warehouse facility built on Kościuszki Street in Ożarów Mazowiecki a few years ago. “A positive outlook for the Polish economy, at a fairly good level of internal consumption means that medium-sized companies, with no thought of an economic slowdown, are beginning to invest more confidently,” said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO. Omnigena entered the Polish market in 1974 and has been providing its products to institutions and individuals associated with the construction sector and industry ever since.
