Axi Immo advised on a number of lease transactions totalling 8,000 sqm of space over the last few weeks of 2012. The agency’s clients included Netia, Spedimex, Transporti and Arena Wspinaczkowa Makak. The communication company Netia took 2,387 sqm of warehouses and 185 sqm of office space at Europolis Park Błonie. The courier Spedimex took 1,900 sqm of warehouse space as well as 116 sqm of offices at Centrum Logistyczne Ożarów. Arena Wspinaczkowa Makak is set to take 1,044 sqm of storage and 134 sqm of office space at Norblin Industrial Park in Warsaw, while Transporti took 1,980 sqm of warehouses at Metropol Park Błonie.
