The local real estate agency AXI IMMO announced a lease renewal signed in the Polish city of Bielsko-Biała by the logistic operator JAS-FBG. The company has also expanded the space it is occupying at the 41,000 sqm facility taking 10,188 sqm of warehouse space in total. The facility is located directly on route E75 with Cieszyn to the south-east and Gdansk to the north. JAS-FBG currently operates 70 branches across Poland, having approx. 40,000 sqm of space. “The Bielsko-Biala area is a perfect warehouse location for logistics customers who are looking for a place to organise the distribution both in the region of the southern Poland and in the entire Southern Europe region. The proximity to the border with the Czech Republic, a fairly good road infrastructure and the special economic zone are advantages worth considering while choosing storage area”, said Renata Osiecka, Managing Director at AXI IMMO.
