In a deal worth €88m, Axiare Patrimonio acquired a real estate portfolio, including a retail park and three office buildings in Madrid. The retail scheme, Las Mercedes Open Park, is located near the Plenilunio shopping center and offers 21,111 sqm of retail space as well as 540 parking spots. One of the three office buildings, offering 25,637 sqm of administrative space, is located in the Arroyo de la Vega business district, while the other two are located alongside the M30-A2 intersection.
