Axiare Patrimonio has acquired an office building located on Calle Josefa Valcárcel in Madrid for €13m. The property offers a leasable surface area of 5,640 sqm and is 90 percent leased. It’s a stand-alone building, comprising seven floors, each with an average surface area of 700 sqm and it offers tenants 90 parking spaces. With the deal’s completion, Axiare Patrimonio’s portfolio of assets under management in Madrid and Barcelona now contains 17 buildings with a total surface area of 558,000 sqm.
