The SOCIMI led by Luis López de Herrera-Oria, CEO of Axiare Patrimonio, has completed the acquisition of the Spanish headquarters of McKinsey & Co. in Madrid for €41.8m. The acquisition, carried out off-market, was in line with the company’s strategy to acquire assets at competitive prices. The office building features 7,054 sqm of space and 93 underground parking spots. The property is located in the city’s Almagro area.
