In an effort to expand its investment portfolio on the Spanish real estate market, Axiare Patrimonio secured a €30m bilateral financing agreement with CaixaBank. The loan is for 15 years. Axiare Patrimonio plans to use the money to acquire prime commercial properties in Madrid and Barcelona’s main financial districts. The move is in line with the company’s existing strategy, as 40 percent of its portfolio includes office projects in the Madrid and Barcelona.
