Axium Healthcare Pharmacy, a subsidiary of grocery giant Kroger Co., has purchased an office building in the Lake Emma Corporate Park in Lake Mary. Located 20 miles north of downtown Orlando, the company spent $18.3 million (roughly $120 per sq ft) for the 152,500 square foot building. The seller was a partnership between TriGate Capital and Tower Realty Partners. The company chose the location in part due to $112,500 in Qualified Target Industry tax incentives from Seminole County and a $112,500 incentive from the city of Lake Mary.
