Axpo Polska, part of the Swiss Axpo Group dealing with energy trading, has a new headquarters in the heart of Warsaw’s business district. The Warsaw Hub building complex at the Da-Szyńskiego roundabout is distinguished by high functionality, comfortable location and the use of ecological solutions, which is in line with the company’s pro-environmental mission.
Axpo Polska has joined the group of tenants of The Warsaw Hub, one of the most prestigious locations on the office map of Warsaw. So far, the space in the complex has been rented by, among others, such companies as Google, Getin Noble Bank, Oracle, Cushman & Wakefield and Standard Chartered. The Axpo company occupies the entire 25th floor with an area of 1,484 sqm in building B.
The Warsaw Hub is primarily a modern space for business equipped with solutions friendly to people and nature, distinguished by the BREEAM certificate awarded to the most sustainable structures. Energy consumption is reduced in the complex’s low-emission buildings, incl. through the use of the energy-saving VRF air-conditioning system, adiabatic humidifiers (much more efficient than steam), LED lighting, high-speed energy-saving elevators equipped with an energy recovery system, motion sensors that turn on the light when it is needed, or the BMS system / EMMS supporting continuous consumption verification. The Warsaw Hub also has a rainwater treatment plant, which is used in sanitary installations and for irrigating green areas around the buildings. The building also offers comfortable conditions for people commuting to work by bicycle (including a bicycle repair point) and parking spaces for charging electric cars.
“We were looking for a seat that would become a showcase of our company – open to new technologies and ecological solutions. Another important factor was the convenient location for our employees, ensuring a comfortable connection with the rest of the city and amenities for cyclists. We noticed these and many other advantages in The Warsaw Hub complex, which has become Axpo’s new address since December.
