Azmont Investments is planning to open a high-end One&Only hotel at its Portonovi tourist resort in Montenegro by 2018. Preparatory work has already started. Since 2013, Azmont has invested around €127m into the Portonovi project.
In addition to the luxury hotel, the 26 ha resort will include 500 residential units and villas, a marina with 220 berths for superyachts, beach clubs, spas and restaurants.
