Azora Europa selected the local agency Nuvalu Polska as the exclusive leasing agency for its Mokot贸w Plaza I project in Warsaw. The 5-storey office building offers 15,300 sqm of space and has already earned its BREEAM In-Use label both for Asset Rating and Building Management category.
The Spanish investor entered the CEE markets in 2007 and has built up a portfolio of office buildings located in Warsaw, Wroc艂aw, Krak贸w and Prague. The company has also established itself on the local housing market with two projects in Warsaw, totaling nearly 900 housing units.
