The Spanish investor Azora Europa secured BREEAM In-Use certification this month for its Mokotów Plaza project in Warsaw. The scheme was awarded BREEAM Very Good in the asset rating category and Excellent for building management. Savills is the exclusive leasing manager for the project.
The five-story Mokotów Plaza provides 15,300 sqm of office space. It is located in the Warsaw Business District, near the Galeria Mokotów shopping center. With this recent recognition, the investor completed the certification process of its entire Polish portfolio, which also includes Cristal Park, Harmony Office Center, Avatar, Green Office and Aquarius Business House.
