B&L Gruppe is going to invest about €250m to redevelop Frankfurt’s Honsell-Dreieck area. The mixed-use project, Hafenpark Quartier, will include 500 apartments over 50,000 sqm, 31,000 sqm of offices, and a 15,000 sqm hotel. B&L is also involved in the development of a 6,500 sqm plot on Honsellstrasse, where 150 apartments are set to go up. The plot belongs to the city.
