Echo Investment has selected Romanian architectural studio B23T to develop a design and concept for a new shopping and an entertainment center which is set to be the largest in the Brasov region.
Under the contract, B23T will develop the entire concept for the Korona center as well as the construction and tender designs. Design work should be completed by the second quarter of 2013.
B23T was established as a result of a merger between the architectural studios B2 International Consultants SRL and 3T Birou de Arhitectura SRL. The company’s portfolio includes shopping and entertainment centers, office and residential projects, as well as public utility buildings.
