Badajoz acquires EverBank branch property

Badajoz Investments LLC has purchased a single-tenant retail property on the ground floor of the 55 Merrick Condominium for $4.1 million. Located at 20 Giralda Avenue in Coral Gables, the 4,663 sq ft street front property is set up as a bank plus drive-through lanes, currently leased to EverBank. CBRE represented both the buyer and the seller, Merrick Property Holdings, in the transaction.

“The property is well positioned and fronts Giralda Avenue, which is scheduled to undergo a major transformation as part of the Coral Gables Streetscape project beginning in early 2016,” said Todd Weintraub, First Vice President with CBRE.
