Martin Baláž has been promoted to the position of VP and country manager of Prologis Czech Republic and Slovakia. Baláž will be oversee the company’s whole Czech and Slovak portfolio, which currently stands at 1.6 million square meters, including its property and project management activities. He will also be in charge of investment projects as well as leasing. Baláž has been with the company since 2014, having worked previously at Cushman & Wakefield.
