The advisory part of Balmain Asset Management and Sharman Church have formed a new business called BSC Real Estate Advisors. The company will provide services for all types of commercial property, including offices, retail, investment, industrial and property management. Jason Sharman will act as managing partner, while running the Investment and Business Spce department. Paul Cawood will lead retail leasing, while Tim Rylance will be overseeing property management, project and technical services. The company’s staff of 79 is expected to move into a single office in Warsaw by April. Balmain Asset Management will continue to trade as a separate entity continuing its focus on Asset and Investment Management.
