BaltCap is making its Polish debut through the acquisition of BPT Real Estate. The seller is Finlandâs Northern Horizon Capital. The transaction is expected to close next month.
With 80 specialists, BPT RE has more than 150 projects, totaling more than 1 million sqm, under management. The properties are located mainly in Estonia and Lithuania. Its Polish portfolio includes Ć»elazna Center, Dominanta Praska, the ObrzeĆșna office building, Medical House and BBC in Gdynia.
