Baltic Workboats is planning to build a new shipyard pool and production facility on Estonia’s Saaremaa Island. The shipbuilding company has already submitted its design plans to the local municipality, according to the daily Saarte Haal. Baltic Workboats said its production volume is increasing, and it needs to expand to accommodate the large ships it is now building. The Nasva-based company intends to construct a pool that is 50 meters long and 15.5 meters wide. Its new production facility will be 100 meters long and 30 meters wide.
