The bank Banco Popular, associated with the real estate company Remax and Melom, are providing an an integrated solution for the purchase of “Dream Homes”, at a time of increasing demand from clients interested in building their own homes. The goal is to provide financially advantageous conditions with reduced bureaucracy costs. The solution to this project named “Casa de Sonho” (Dream House) involves Remax and Melom which will be responsible for the construction of the building design, providing a range of self-help solutions. Banco Popular is providing funding for land purchase. Clients can opt for various types of homes, ranging from €89,100 to €198,000. These prices include the fees for architectural projects and products for licensing and implementation of the project.
