Bankia, through Haya Real Estate, is selling 4,500 homes in Spain. The properties, located mainly in the Catalonia region, include a three-bedroom house in Girona for €54,240, and a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Tarragona for €65,000 euros. Haya Real is selling the properties for up to 40 percent off their original prices in a campaign that will run until the end of November. Bankia will also offer mortgage loans with competitive rates to buyers who need financing.
