Uncle Bob’s Self Storage, a Buffalo-based REIT, has picked up a recently completed self storage facility in North Miami for $11.04 million. The parent company, Sovran Self Storage, bought the 99,000 square-foot facility at 640 N.W. 133rd Street from the developer, Northbrook, Illinois-based Banner Storage. Banner acquired the 1.3 acre site in late 2014 for $1.125 million and used a $5.95 million loan from PNC Bank to build the facility in 2015.
