Banqsoft has renewed its lease and expanded its office space to 1,600 sqm at the BCB Business Park in Gdańsk. Cushman & Wakefield advised the financial and banking software provider during the lease process. “Banqsoft decided to upsize its office in BCB Business Park as it values the location of this business complex in Gdańsk,” said Daria Zagożdżon-Dembicka, Negotiator, Office Agency at Cushman & Wakefield. BCB Business Park is located in Gdańsk-Rębiechowo, in the immediate neighborhood of the Lech Wałęsa Airport. At full build-out, the project will offer 50,000 sqm of class A office space.
